These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website tryhydrolabs.com (the "Site") and your purchase of products from HydroLabs Group LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("HydroLabs", "we", "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility & account

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from the Site. You are responsible for the accuracy of the billing, shipping and contact information you provide and for keeping it current.

2. Products; not medical advice

HydroLabs molecular hydrogen tablets are dietary supplements. Content on the Site is for informational purposes only and is not medical advice, nor a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare provider. Consult your physician before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.

3. Orders, pricing & billing

• All prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. We may modify prices, products and promotions at any time; changes never affect orders already placed.

• We may refuse or cancel any order (e.g., suspected fraud, pricing errors, address issues); if we cancel, you are refunded in full.

• Subscription purchases auto-renew as described in our Subscription Policy, which is part of these Terms. You authorize us to charge your payment method at each renewal until you cancel.

4. Shipping, refunds & subscriptions

Our Shipping Policy, Refund & Returns Policy and Subscription Policy are incorporated into these Terms by reference and form part of your agreement with us.

5. Intellectual property

The Site and its content (text, images, branding, product formulations, design) are owned by or licensed to HydroLabs and protected by law. You may not reproduce, resell or exploit any part of the Site or products for commercial purposes without our written consent.

6. Prohibited uses

You may not use the Site to violate any law, infringe rights of others, transmit malware, scrape or harvest data, interfere with the Site’s operation, or submit false or misleading information (including fraudulent orders or abusive refund/chargeback activity).

7. User submissions

If you send us reviews, photos, testimonials or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use them in connection with our business, and you confirm they are yours and accurate. We may edit for length or remove content at our discretion.

8. Third-party tools & links

The Site may include third-party tools and links we do not control. They are provided "as is"; use of third-party websites is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

9. SMS & email marketing

If you opt in to email or SMS, we (and our messaging providers) may send you order updates and marketing messages. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any SMS to opt out, or use the unsubscribe link in any email. Opting out of marketing does not affect transactional messages about your orders.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED (INCLUDING OUR 90-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE), THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HYDROLABS’ TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE PRODUCTS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HydroLabs and its officers, employees and partners from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

14. Dispute resolution & arbitration

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your purchase that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved by BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. YOU AND HYDROLABS EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing us within 30 days of your first purchase with the subject "Arbitration Opt-Out". Either party may bring qualifying claims in small-claims court instead. Before filing any arbitration, you agree to first contact us and allow 30 days to resolve the dispute informally — we resolve almost everything with a refund the same day.

15. Severability, waiver & entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the policies incorporated by reference, are the entire agreement between you and HydroLabs regarding the Site and products.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date reflects the current version. Material changes will be announced on the Site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
