Our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind our product. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you are covered by a 90-day money-back guarantee: contact us within 90 days of the delivery date of your order and we will refund the full purchase price of that order. No questions, no hoops, no return shipping.

• Applies to every order — first orders and subscription renewal orders alike, each counted from its own delivery date.

• You do not need to return the product. Keep it, gift it, or dispose of it responsibly.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 1 business day of approval; your bank may take 5–10 business days to post the credit.

How to request a refund

Email hello@hydrolabs.info with your order number (or the name and email used at checkout). We answer within 1 business day. That is the entire process.

Please talk to us before disputing a charge

If you do not recognize a charge, or you feel something went wrong, contact us first — we resolve virtually every request with a full refund within 1 business day, which is faster than any bank dispute. Charges appear on your statement as HYDROLABS.

Fair use

The guarantee exists so you can try HydroLabs risk-free. We reserve the right to decline refunds where we find clear abuse (for example, repeated purchase-and-refund cycles across multiple orders or accounts). This has no effect on ordinary customers.

Late or missing refunds

If 10 business days have passed since your refund confirmation and nothing has posted, check with your card issuer first (processing times vary), then contact us at hello@hydrolabs.info and we will trace it with our processor.
